ACE IT Multiservices offers onsite support for companies and home users. Our services are guaranteed but carry no warranty. We will honour our quotations or renegotiate where necessary if issues are undisclosed at time of quote. Hardware warranties are return to base and any onsite services that are incurred as a result of hardware or software failure are billable.

All hardware remains the property of ACE IT Multiservices until paid for in full. All invoices are issued under 7 days terms. Alternative payment terms can be arranged by discussion.

ACE IT Multiservices maintains a register of client information as necessary and will not disclose or otherwise distribute this information to any other party without express written consent from the client.
